The On-site Training for KOICA’s Country-Focused Fellowship Programme on Development for Bhutanese film industry began from 1st April 2019 with the officials and experts from Korea meeting the relevant agencies. The actual training kicked-off on 2 April in Punakha with a group of 20 producers and directors who will be trained on Film Production/Production Design.
Also officials related to filming in the country will be trained on film legislation, especially developing guidelines on co-production. The training will begin from 8th April and end on 12th of the same month. The training is being organised by the Department of Information and Media in collaboration with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).
